Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. However, store credit may be offered under certain conditions.

  • Return Window: Request store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
  • Store Credit: If your item is incorrect or defective, contact us for a Return Authorization. Store credit (excluding shipping) will be issued and is valid for 6 months.
  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items, clearance items, discounted purchases, and digital downloads.

Donation Option: If a return isn’t possible, we encourage you to donate the item to a local charity or clothing bank.

A Joyful Way to Start Your Day!

This is the 2nd time I've bought this mug. The first time I gave it as a gift to a special person. This time I bought it to have a beautiful gift on hand. It's very tempting, though to keep it for myself, ...and buy another one to give as a gift! I like many of the mugs in the Called to Edify collection, but "Joy" is a favorite!
