Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. However, store credit may be offered under certain conditions.
- Return Window: Request store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
- Store Credit: If your item is incorrect or defective, contact us for a Return Authorization. Store credit (excluding shipping) will be issued and is valid for 6 months.
- Non-returnable Items: Sale items, clearance items, discounted purchases, and digital downloads.
Donation Option: If a return isn’t possible, we encourage you to donate the item to a local charity or clothing bank.
